Trish Trolian, owner & chef, has over 30 years experience in the food service industry;
including full service restaurant and bar, fast food, catering and clinical dietician. Trish is a Certified Dietary
Manager. She is a member of the Dietary Manager's Association and participates in continuing education every year. Trish
and her partner, Ralph, operate the Paradise Grille at Highlands Ridge South in Avon Park.
Simply Trish Catering has won the Reader's Choice Award for Highlands County's Best Caterer multiple
times.
